The Jim Teeny collector's series has a mix of both 16pt and 12pt; "First Series" is 12pt, everything else is 16pt.

A lot of the damage on the classic reels that Bob Summers sells comes from the reel knocking against a boat. He asked me to design something nice that would protect the rod, reel, and to lesser extent the boat, from mechanical damage.

This is the first iteration of that design, fitting up to a 3.5" reel.

Male/female magnets ensure the case stays on and makes it easy to put on and remove.

Brass grommet in the bottom allows water to drain.

Olive/Black Ghost Camo: vegetable tanned leather from the La Bretagna tannery in Italy. The white wax rubs off over time to reveal the pattern beneath.

Atlantic Salmon inlay: Atlantic salmon inlay caught and tanned in Iceland. Exterior leather is chestnut vegetable tanned "Buttero" leather from the Conceria Walpier in Italy.
